Services

Wyco Repairs provides general handyman and repair services within the Des Moines Metro area. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on scheduling, materials, or weather conditions.

Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at any time. However, repeated cancellations or reschedules may result in limitations on future service requests.

Estimates & Pricing

All price estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change if the scope of work changes. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

Liability

Wyco Repairs is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing issues, misuse, or neglect after repairs are completed. We are also not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays or cancellations.

Warranty

All repair work includes a 14-day limited warranty (see “Service & Warranty Policy”) covering one free site return if an issue arises that is clearly not due to customer fault.
